* What if I have a question or a problem with my order that’s not answered on the website?

* Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry. At this time we only ship our products within the United States and its territories.
* Can you ship your products to multiple addresses?
Of course. At this time, each shipping address must have its own individual transaction
* When will my order arrive?
Our products are baked and cooked to order. And we ship on Wednesday's only. Your package should arrive 1-3 days after being sent. We can NOT guarantee USPS delivery dates due to the possibility of sorting errors/ mishandling by USPS. Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Except for the holiday season and special orders, most orders are shipped within three business days. Please be aware, there are occasional USPS delays in transit due the holidays because of high volume.
* How much are the shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling charges depend on the state/ region you live in. We always ship USPS Priority Mail.
* What is required to ensure delivery?
We will need a street address, company name and/or personal name, apartment number, suite number, floor number, telephone number and any other information you think may be important.
* Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, this can absoutley be arranged.
* How long will my Products stay fresh?
We stand by our scratch made policy so we don’t use any preservatives or artificial ingredients. The result is our cookies will have a shelf life up to 1 week. Our cookies can be frozen for up to 1 month.
* What if the products are damaged during shipping?
Our Products are baked & cooked to order and shipped quickly. We do our best to package them, and we are constantly looking to improve upon our packaging to ensure our customers receive a consistently perfect product. With that said, if your Products are damaged please contact us at
